  • Experiences are location flexible and can be held at Airbnb, VRBOs, private homes, villas, wineries, and more.

  • Dining occasions are bountiful and always made distinctive. Intimate parties, weddings, bachelorette dinners, celebration of life gatherings, retreats, holiday parties, fundraisers, client appreciation events, and more.

  • Special dietary preferences and needs are welcome. Our emphasis on locally sourced and seasonal ingredients ensures exceptional meals that cater to a variety of individuals.

  • Served just how you like it. Meals can be served buffet style, family style, three to five courses, or six to eight courses.

Family Style

Having Chef Castro cook a dinner or luncheon party in your home or business ensures a fantastic meal, and allows you to concentrate on your guests, relax and have a good time. He will create a menu that perfectly complements the occasion. Food can be served either rustic/family style or plated and coursed out.

Paella Experiences

Paella is a succulent dish that includes bomba rice and can consist of a variety of fresh seafood, and meats such as rabbit, chicken, Spanish chorizos, lima beans, peas, extra virgin olive oil, saffron, and Paella seasoning. This world-renowned Spanish delicacy is cooked “out in the open” on a paella pan for large social gatherings, such as weddings, corporate events, cocktail parties, and bachelorette parties, and more. Chef Castro would be thrilled to showcase His culinary expertise on your special occasion for 10+ guests.

Cocktail Parties

Host a cocktail party with passed hors dʼoeuvres. Chef Gerry is happy to work with you to customize an event to fit your needs. He understands all of the elements that go into a great memorable party.

For those who seek the ultimate dining in experience, Chef Gerry offers personal in-home planning and execution of dinners at your confort of your vacation estate or personal residence on an on-going basis.

Chef Castro is a fountain of creativity when it comes to recipe development. We asked Gerry to create a diabetes friendly meal that didn’t sacrifice taste, freshness, or visual beauty. Without hesitation Gerry created an original recipe that met our every need! He expertly integrated vibrant flavors within our dietary constraints and limitations, resulting in a truly perfect meal that felt extremely indulgent.
